Shelter Pets and Tribbles + Speech Bubbles – Dec 2024 Photo Contest

STARFLEET Petfleet Photo Contest: “Shelter Pets and Tribbles” & “Speech Bubbles” December 2024

We’d like to introduce Petfleet’s Photo Contest as a DOUBLE feature, since we missed having a contest last month. So here are TWO chances to be featured this month! 

• “Shelter Pets & Tribbles” In honor of Animal Shelter Appreciation week during November 5th-11th. Show us your adopted shelter pets. If you don’t have a pet that has been adopted from a shelter, adopt a tribble (from anywhere) and feature it with your pets. Every tribble at retailers are considered homeless until you bring them home.

• “Speech Bubbles” Add a speech bubble to your pet’s photo with any app to show us what your pets are really thinking! Pets say the darndest things… just tell them to keep it family-friendly.

Here are the details:

A) When: Submit your entries by no later than Dec 20th, 2024 at Midnight (Eastern).

B) What: Petfleet is excited to host a monthly themed photo contest for Petfleet members to enter their pet’s photo.

C) Rules:

• Where to submit photos? Please submit your pet’s photos either to the online form located on the website’s contest page OR you may post your entry in the comments section of the official contest post in Petfleet’s facebook group.
• How many pictures can I enter? You may enter ONE entry per pet.
• Can I be in the photo? Absolutely! Owners may be included in the photo, but they will not be considered when choosing the winner.
• Does the subject have to be a Petfleet member? Yes, this contest is open to registered Petfleet critters only. If you have trouble registering them, we can assist you (it’s free for STARFLEET members!). The registration form is located here.
• May I enter a photo that was taken by someone else or of another’s pet? No, you may only enter photos of your registered Petfleet Pets where you took the photo.

D) Winners: The chosen winner and runners-up will be shared in a post in the Petfleet Facebook group and Discord chat. Photos will be judged by a panel from the Petfleet Command Staff for the best image representing the theme. Cuteness and creativity are always a plus! The winner and runners-up (honourable mentions) will be announced in a post that will go up after the contest closes. The winner will be featured on Petfleet’s Facebook group cover image for the duration of the month.

E) Extras: By submitting your photo in this contest, you are granting permission for Petfleet to use it in the winner’s post and as the cover image. The Petfleet Monthly Photo Contest is not associated with Facebook or Discord in any way, and there is no physical or monetary gain.
