REGIONAL LIAISONS

SFPet Liaisons serve as a vital communication channel between SFPet and the regions and auxiliaries within STARFLEET. Each Liaison is appointed to represent a specific region or auxiliary, functioning as a key communicator and advocate for SFPet’s mission within the broader STARFLEET community. Liaisons play a crucial role in fostering collaboration, gathering regional insights, and ensuring that the unique needs and preferences of members are considered in SFPet’s initiatives.

STARFLEET Petfleet Regional Liaisons Requirements & Duties

The following are the requirements and duties of a STARFLEET Petfleet Regional Liaison:

  • Must have a current SFI Membership
  • Hold a current and valid SFDPP
  • Encourage STARFLEET members to register their pets with SFPet
  • Answer questions at a regional or auxiliary level about SFPet
  • Promote SFPet activities, challenges, and contests to their region or auxiliary
  • Encourage STARFLEET members to subscribe to the SFPet Newsletter
  • Assist SFPet staff with sharing posts at the regional or auxiliary level
  • Report to SFPet Director and staff about activities related to SFPet within their region or auxiliary
