Q. How do I register my pet with STARFLEET Petfleet?
Q. How do I update my pet’s information?

The same SFPet Registration form is used to update your pet’s information, go to the Join STARFLEET Petfleet page and select “I would like to update my pet or my personal information with Petfleet.” on the form.
All pet registrations including updates are handled by our Member Services department, you should see your pet’s Final Mission Certificate within 48 hours.
Q. How do I register my pet’s Final Mission (passing)?

The same SFPet Registration form is used for Final Mission registration. Go to the Final Mission page and make sure you select “Final Mission – My pet has passed away.” on the form.
All pet registrations including Final Missions are handled by our Member Services department, you should see your pet’s Final Mission Certificate within 48 hours.

As the Director of STARFLEET Petfleet, appointed by and reporting to the Department of Auxiliary Services (DAS), this role entails overseeing all operations and initiatives related to pets within STARFLEET. In collaboration with the DAS and Command Staff (CS), the Director ensures compliance with Starfleet regulations and produces Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) for SFPet, which are submitted to the DAS and shared on relevant social media platforms. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining member records, including pet registration handled by Member Services, managing a staff for SFPet as necessary, and providing guidance to staff on all projects.

As the Executive Deputy Director (EDD, 2nd in command) of STARFLEET Petfleet, this role is vital for keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring good communication within SFPet and with the larger fleet. Responsibilities include being the second-in-command to the Director, handling social media, keeping SFPet connected with the rest of STARFLEET, and supporting the Director, staff, and members of SFPet.

The Deputy Director oversees the quarterly production of the Petfleet Newsletter, “Pet Tails from the Final Frontier”, handling production, content curation, and distribution. Responsibilities also include managing the email list and sharing content on Petfleet’s platforms. Associate Editors/Writers support in researching, proposing, curating content, and designing engaging elements under the guidance of the Editor-In-Chief.
